国际科学技术与教育研究会（IISTE）成立于2008年，旨在加速全球知识传播。通过与政府，社区组织，公共机构，企业和其他基金会的合作，促进教育事业发展，并提供国际合作的方案。为研究人员提供财政支持（会议，研讨会，学术等各种项目），亦出版科学刊物及书籍。
